Tulsa Window Washing
In our last article about Tulsa window washing commercial work, we discuss the pros and cons of commercial Window cleaning. We also discussed how to go about getting those commercial tulsa window washing jobs. As with everything else, commercial window washing has its pros and cons. Arguably though, I would have to say residential tulsa window washing has more pros than cons. It is true that residential window washing customers have their windows cleaned less frequently. That’s one of the few drawbacks my mind. On the other hand, you are able to charge tire prices and the customers are more loyal. With commercial window washing, there is no loyalty. Even if you take the time to build a relationship with commercial window washing clients, they will still kick you to the curb if a lower price comes along. This isn’t the case with residential window washing.
Residential Tulsa Window Washing Pricing
For some odd reason, the Universe At Large has decided that Tulsa window washing companies can charge as much as three times more per residential window than they do for commercial. This has never made much sense to me. As a Tulsa window washing company owner, I think a company should determine how much they need to make on a daily basis. Once the tulsa window washing company knows that number, they will know how much they need to charge per window in order to make a profit. In my opinion, I don’t think there should be different prices for commercial windows and residential windows. Everything needs to be priced the same. Discounts should only be introduced when a commercial window cleaning customer decides to have their windows cleaned more frequently. Obviously, you can’t charge the same price for monthly cleaning that you do yearly. You would lose your customers.

Price-Based Tulsa Window Washing
At the beginning of your window washing business, you might be forced to operate as a price-based window washer. It’s much easier to get customers whenever your prices are low. In the beginning of any window washing business, this might be necessary. I know when I started my business, I would price jobs really low just to get the business. Arguably, this might be necessary if you’re just starting out. However, as soon as you start getting busy and you are able to pay the bills, raise your prices. It’s important to raise your prices as fast as possible. You will find that your pricing attracts different kinds of people.
