I still can’t get over how incredible this weather has been. We were pushing mid 80’s today. This is the final week of February, people! It’s crazy. So, here we are writing yet another post about how beautiful it was to be doing some commercial tulsa window cleaning today. Today’s project took us to the 41st & Sheridan area where we cleaned a suite in the tulsa city national bank. The property management company that manages this property is going to be looking to fill this suite shortly, and wanted it to look good for potentially interested tenants.

This particular cleaning took quite some time seeing every square inch needed to be scrubbed down with steel wool and a white scrub pad. These windows hadn’t been cleaned for several years so the dirt and grime was nearly “one” with the glass. It’s hard to tell from these pictures but there isn’t really a ground surface directly beneath the windows. That gray surface you see beneath our step ladder is actually just multiple grate (metal grid) sections placed next to each other, and held up by metal beams on the outer perimeter. Beneath those grates is a 20 foot drop, so that was a little unnerving, having to stand on step ladders while looking down through the grates. Rest assured, I was careful to check the durability of every section of grate : )

Below is a before and after picture we took on this commercial tulsa window cleaning project. The bank employees who have offices joined to these windows were so excited that they were getting their windows cleaned. One employee at the scene was quoted (by me) as saying, “Yeaaahhhh, I’m so excited that we’re getting our windows cleaned!”
