Window Cleaning Tulsa 73 | Helen, Anne, and Mrs. Hunt

Today’s window cleaning job brought us to Southwest Tulsa where we cleaned Helen Gibson’s windows. We’ve been cleaning her windows for about three years now on a monthly basis. Not all of the windows though. She has us clean the living room windows and the dining room windows on a monthly basis, and then the rest of the house we typically clean once or twice a year. This time around it was just the monthly cleaning. However, at the end of this cleaning, she stopped me right before I was about to leave and mentioned that she wanted to get the whole house cleaned next time around. They have large window features and their living room that overlooks a large pond in the backyard, full of large fish. I guess they just live life large! Check out that view:

After we cleaned Helen’s windows, we headed to Jenks to drop off a thank you card for Mrs. Patterson. She told one of her friends, Susan, about Gleaming Glass a couple of weeks ago, and we ended up cleaning her windows. Not only did we clean her windows this first time around, she decided to get on a maintenance schedule to have all of the windows on her house cleaned once per year. Anywho, that’s what we were dropping the thank-you card off for. While we were in that neighborhood, we also decided to text Mrs. Hunt whom we had given a window cleaning quote for a day or two ago. We just wanted to check in and see if she had any questions about the quote she received. Will you received her reply shortly thereafter, and she mentioned she was going to keep our information on hand for a later date due to current medical bills. After hearing that I decided to brighten her day by offering to clean 5 of her windows for free. So after dropping off the thank-you card Mrs. Patterson’s house, we headed over to Mrs. Hunt’s house:

Mrs. Hunt was thrilled that we were going to clean these windows for free, which also put me in a good mood for the rest of the day knowing I had done something to brighten someone else’s day by simply cleaning some windows. She ended up choosing two office windows and three windows overlooking the back patio.
After that, we stopped by her daughter’s home which we had cleaned yesterday before the storm came through. I just wanted to make sure that the storm didn’t ruin her clean windows. Typically, a little rain won’t ruin freshly cleaned windows. However, whenever you throw high winds and hail into the mix, dirt/mud can splash up or blow onto the glass. There were only a couple of windows that had been soiled by the storm, so we touched those up at no additional charge of course.
It was quite the busy day seeing our day wasn’t quite over at this point. We headed back to South Tulsa where we were scheduled the cleaned Anne Patterson’s favorite most important windows. This cleaning marked the start of a monthly maintenance schedule she requested to be on for her living room and dining room windows shown below:

Here’s what Anne Patterson had to say about our window cleaning service back when we cleaned her windows for the first time last month: “I am thrilled! Garrett was very thorough and hard working. He was polite, professional, and meticulous. We will absolutely use gleaming glass again and again.”
